Shipping
Chamberlain Coffee LLC will on occasion offer shipping promotions with customers receiving free shipping if customers spend over a certain amount. These promotions can change without notice.
Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.
Chamberlain Coffee LLC is not responsible for any shipments affected by customs, force majeure events, transfers from one carrier to another in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any other extra fees, customs or charges related to your shipment.
Returns
Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. Chamberlain Coffee LLC holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria. If customers use their right to send back an order they should contact Chamberlain Coffee LLC in order to get an address to send the goods to. Chamberlain Coffee LLC has warehouses in Europe and the United States.
If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, Chamberlain Coffee LLC should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. Chamberlain Coffee LLC holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
International Orders
Non-EU and Non-US orders will be considered as an international order. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As a customer, you will be responsible for payment of such import charges. Chamberlain Coffee LLC is not liable for any duties or taxes associated with any orders processed by Chamberlain Coffee LLC.
Import charges are normally based on the item’s price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any local taxes, duties and fees. However, as charges vary across countries, Chamberlain Coffee LLC advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
